Prefer in-person assistance? UW’s Benefits team is here to support you—Monday – Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our office will be temporarily relocated to Roosevelt Commons East building (map), on the first floor during Open Enrollment.
Roosevelt Commons East is four blocks west of campus, near the UW Tower. The building entrance is on 11th, just north of NE 43rd Street. Roosevelt Commons is well-served by transit (including HS Express). There is metered street parking nearby as well as several pay lots in the area.
Work in UW Facilities, UWMC Montlake, HMC, or UWMC NW? UW Benefits team members will be on-site to answer your open enrollment questions from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m:
- Facilities: Oct. 30; UW Facilities Training Center.
- Health Sciences: Oct. 31; South Campus Center Room 350.
- Harborview Medical Center: Nov. 12; Research Training Room 117.
- Northwest Hospital: Nov. 13; Medical Arts Building (MAB) 112.
No appointment needed! If you need help with adding an eligible dependent in Workday, please make sure to have a scan or photo of the necessary dependent verification documentation available to attach to your Open Enrollment event in Workday.
