BASIC FUNCTION
Collect and deliver copy jobs and other materials for Publication Services and/or Copy Services copy center.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS
Under direct supervision, collect and deliver copy jobs and other materials between copy centers and clients.
TYPICAL WORK
Collect and deliver copy jobs between copy center and clients;
May collect copy center billing information, time sheets and/or time cards and deliver them to accounting;
May maintain Copy Services coin-op and print equipment, including placing service calls, loading paper and toner, clearing jams, cleaning equipment, and informing the Assistant Manager of any chronic, on-going issues with the equipment;
May deliver supplies to copy centers and/or clients.
May occasionally perform duties of Copy/Print Equipment Operator 1;
Perform related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduation or GED certificate. Valid motor vehicle operators license may be required.
