Approach
Provide and make visible the integration of technical/structural optimization (process/quality improvement) with relational optimization (emotional – social – cultural – cognitive – organizational behavioral competencies) by integrating intersectionality awareness (DEI) social/cultural knowledge and skills with technical/structural knowledge and skills — to produce persistent high-performance individuals (Leaders) and teams (Beloved Communities) that result in organizational/community/individual thriving and resilience. Work is “dollarized” by setting-up pre-post outcome measures in terms of cost-avoidance (CA), cost-savings (CS), and/or revenue improvements (RI). This also means that the DEI efforts explicitly examine past, present, and theorized data, using CA/CS/RI to measure impact to the economic bottom line of any historic or proposed mindset and strategy. This approach has resulted in organizations benefitting over a billion dollars and many thousands of hours in cost savings/cost avoidance — such as transforming 11,520 hours ($1.44 Billion) development and manufacturing yearly loss into 23,040 hours yearly saved ($2.88 Billion saved).
SCOPE OF WORK (AREAS OF EXPERTISE/RESULTS)
Provide change management and business/community transformation, enterprise management and integration, and leadership and organizational development:
- High-Performance Teaming (Beloved Community} (1/2 Day: $5000 | Full Day: $7000)
The focus is on understanding how to build safe relational containers that span personal, interpersonal, and organizational boundaries — and achieve technical-structural results. Participants engage in conversations and experiential explorations and simulations to understand Intercultural Gap (H-S-L: Belonging & Othering), and develop cognitive and emotional insights about: Role of Core Values Systems in Cultural Analysis, Cultural Identity-Orientation (Individualistic | Communal), Language Identifiers and Practices of Identity (Individualistic | Communal), Cultural Intersectionality Dimensions (Physical | Psychological | Social), Cultural Code-Switching, Racial Bias and the impact of the fusion of ethnicity and race, Ethnic Bias, Micro Aggressions, Family of Origin (FOO), Culture of Origin (COO), Cultural Field Effect, Difference between Equity and Equality, and the impact of the “Equality” Meme. Participants are guided in developing and documenting their insights and initiating a draft prototype of a revised governance system and improvement approach that increases the joy of working together and improves organizational performance outcomes (behavioral | financial | products & services | personal satisfaction). - Level-1: Personal Mastery ($400 / Hour)
This experience is delivered using an agreed to series of individual coaching sessions over a designated timeframe. Fundamentally, the intention of the sessions is for the Participant to develop and refine the capacity: to hold multiple perspectives and learn from them (mastery processes); to empathize, internalize, and understand the experience of self and others; to remain aware and expansive under duress; and to become effective and efficient at “connecting-the-dots” (self and others). - Level-2: Interpersonal Mastery ($400 / Hour)
This experience is delivered using an agreed to series of coaching dyadic (two-people at a time) sessions over a designated timeframe. Fundamentally, the intention of the sessions is for the Participants to learn how to practice and refine their capacity: to hold multiple perspectives and generate new perspectives that are jointly constructed and held (mastery processes); to accurately describe and predict the emotional, physical, and cognitive responses and language of each other in any given situation; to embody the experience of each other when happy and when under duress; and to become effective and efficient at “connecting-the-dots” in learning more about themselves through engaging each other. - Level-3: Organizational Mastery ($600 / Hour)
This experience is delivered using an agreed to series of specific live-action coaching of teams (L-2-trained participants) during “real work” sessions over a designated timeframe. Fundamentally, the intention of the live-action coaching sessions is specifically to cultivate the processes and interactions of “High-Performance Teams” (HPT) in their leadership role capacities. The HPT(s) are mentored as whole groups in refining their relational-cultural and technical structural practices, designs, and outcomes such that organizational functioning and outcomes (administrative | operational | economic | community) measurably improve.
