PHILOSOPHY STATEMENT

My deep experience in organizational transformation work allows me to work with you to fully understand your needs and facilitate successful outcomes. I have over 30 years of experience in coaching, training, and supporting leadership teams and internal change groups to increase their effectiveness in leading change.

Experience/Selected Projects

  • Change manager for global deployment of a new process for managing collaboration spaces, involving new governance policies for meeting rooms and new global room booking/management tools deployed to all employees and contractors globally. Development and execution of deployment model, end-user readiness strategy, stakeholder engagement and communication, and go-live support.
  • Led change management team to facilitate the implementation of a people effectiveness and organizational transition strategy for a 300+ IT infrastructure shared service organization to improve customer service and successfully implement a new organizational structure and culture. Integrated HR, communications, and organizational change and development. Resulted in stabilizing a shared service in crisis, while maintaining cost reduction targets and raising service levels.
  • Led change management team in enterprise-wide implementation of new HR/Payroll system, successfully establishing first common HR/Payroll system (a platform for future HR transformation, e.g., Employee Service Center), common HR processes, and improved enterprise-wide decision making.
