EXPERIENCE / SELECTED PROJECTS
- A large state university wanted to modernize its HR and payroll functionality. They had embarked on a new system implementation and partnered with Point B to build a Change Management framework to support adoption across the program. Our consultants created and implemented a change management strategy and plan to support adoption and transition to the new system, roles, and processes. Point B developed a framework that supported the programs understanding and acceptance by key user and stakeholder group.
- A state healthcare agency needed an assessment, strategy and roadmap to understand how effectively they were delivering on their purpose of procuring the best healthcare outcomes for taxpayer dollars. Point B consultants conducted a holistic assessment of business objectives, analytical capabilities and associated enablers, including technology, data, talent, organization design and processes. We developed recommendations for a strategy and roadmap that included associated priorities, sequencing, duration, costs, resource needs and expected outcomes. The agency now experiences improved cross-organization alignment to data and reporting goals, and utilizes the roadmap to accomplish them.
- A state’s Employment Security Department embarked upon a commitment to become a Lean organization. The agency leadership needed help guiding the organization through a long-term Lean transformation. Our consultants delivered a program of regular training and executive coaching to agency and unemployment division leaders to prepare them to become leaders in a Lean culture.
- Our consultants worked with a global investment management organization on a series of 13 interrelated projects to transform its technology, process and organizational structure. We established a repeatable framework to help senior and front-line managers lead the change and trained leaders and employees on key change management concepts.
