The University of Washington administers its Service Recognition Program in an effort to recognize regular staff for their continuous years of dedicated service to the University. Staff are recognized for every five years of continuous service (e.g., 5, 10, 15-year milestones.).
UW Human Resources works with departments to ensure that employees are notified of their upcoming milestones so that they may select a service award.
